Pricing Tiers: Pricing tiers for grainmail.ai are still being developed. All features, limits, and access levels are subject to change as the platform evolves.

Terms & Conditions: Jpauls LLC reserves the right to adjust conditions, terms, rate limits, and feature limits at any time, without prior notice, to ensure the security, performance, and overall success of the platform.

By using grainmail.ai, you acknowledge and accept that service levels, pricing, and feature availability may change as necessary to maintain platform integrity and user experience.

1. Beta Service

The service is in active beta development. Features may change or break without notice. The system may go offline unexpectedly. Bugs and incomplete features should be expected.

2. No Guarantee of Delivery

The service does not guarantee email delivery, forwarding, receipt, processing, or preservation. Emails may be lost or discarded. Do not rely on the service for critical, legal, financial, medical, emergency, or time-sensitive communication.

3. AI Processing

Email contents may be transmitted to the OpenAI API for processing. OpenAI does not use API-submitted data to train or improve models per: https://openai.com/policies/api-data

4. Proper Use

You may not use the service for spam, abuse, harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or automated bulk messaging. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, correctness, or reliability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jpauls LLC is not liable for lost messages, lost data, delivery failures, outages, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause.
